I’ve installed a MSI Radeon RX 560 in my Mac Pro 4,1 (5,1 firmware). Seems to be working and performing well straight out of the box I just have a problem when I put my Mac to sleep. The hard drives spin down, the power light starts pulsing but the system fans continue to run and it’s impossible to wake the machine up. I’ve already tried resetting the NVRAM and the SMC. Is there anything I can do to resolve this? Any help would be appreciated.

Its is a bug Apple introduced with 10.13.2 you should do what we all did, file a bug with them and hope it gets fixed in 10.13.3

Will do. I tried messing around with the kext but it didn't fix it. I'll just sit back and hope Apple sorts it, maybe go back to 10.13 until then.
