Hello,

I have a MacPro 4,1 dual cpu that I inherited.

When I initially got it there was no power, so I replaced the PSU.

It boots up now, the HDD Spins, and so does the fan on the NVIDIA GeForce GT 120. But I don't get any video out.

I think the HDD was wiped as well.

I will post more info when I get home. I think the HDD was wiped as well.

Any Suggestion on how to tackle this?

I also have a 5,1 single cpu that is dead, processor tray is shot I think. Will post more when I get a chance.

I would like to fix both mac pros, or make 1 great mac pro and sell the rest of the parts.

You can use the 4,1 tray to check the 5,1, fans will go full RPM, SMC mismatch, but it’s useful for testing.
