I find it funny that the add says it's got an ATI video card in it, while cinebench clearly says it has an Nvidia graphics card in it. *shrugs*, just thought that was kind of "odd"

Yes, it's a Hackintosh with two 3.33GHz X5680 chips, SR-2 motherboard with MacPro4,1 BIOS system identifier, indeed it's a Hackintosh, see X58. It's not a Mac Pro motherboard or any Apple-made product running that fast. The fastest Mac Pro system on Geekbench is a dual W5580 system (supports TurboBoost) with two 3.19GHz quad-core Xeons. Score was 19,474. And, I just noticed the machine belongs to MacRumors' own "Tutor"!! Also has 32GB of RAM. This is the link to the results:

But the Hackintosh running the X5680's is still 9000 points higher!!

It's also not reporting the correct processor speed, it says it's 206MHz. Either they are running at standard 3.33GHz clock speed or they are overclocked. I don't know for sure.

It could be the overclocked base clock as that would result a clock speed of 5150MHz (206MHz x 25)
