Hi!

I have a Mac Pro 4.1.

I just bought a Wi-Fi card for the computer, it has 2 antenna sockets. Numbered 1 and 2.

The Mac Pro has 3 antenna cables. Numbere 1 - 2 and 3.

The card looks like this:

Where does the antennas go?

I only got 1 or 2 on the Wi-Fi reception, i tried to plug antenna 1 & 3 in the slots like the old Mac Pros but still bad reception.

I know its not about the signal because i have other mac pros in same spot giving full signal, also iPhones, iPads and MacBooks all giving full signal in the whole building.

I have tried two different cards with same problem.

Anyone knows exactly how to fit the antennas, and what they do?

I was thinking one is 2.4ghz and one is 5ghz. But i dont know if those to frequencies actually have different antennas?

Thanks for your time and good answers!
