Mac Pro 4.1 with Nvidia GTX 660 not flashed and want to update software from 4.1 to 5.1

Hi,
I have a Mac Pro 4.1 early 2009 with a Graphic Card Nvidia GTX 660 2GB not flashed, so I don´t see the boot screen and I don´t have the original card.

My question is, I have the 4.1 software and I want to update to 5.1 software, can I do without the original card?

No, you need an EFI card for the Mac Pro 4,1 -> 5,1 firmware upgrade.

You can do it without the original graphic card. HOWEVER, you need to install another graphic card that has the Mac EFi.

Mac EFI is the actual requirement. Original graphic card is not.
