I have ben experiencing strange reboots with my Mac Pro.
This weekend I installed Yosemite on my Mac Pro (Etrecheck provided below) which had no big issues.

Yesterday I started migrating all MacPors, which required a lot of compiling. Yesterday all of a sudden my Mac Pro rebooted, without displaying an error message on reboot. (So I had to found the "/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports" kernel panic log on my own)

Today I was recompiling gcc, which pushed my Mac Pro to 100% on all threads for some minutes. Again I had a sudden reboot, but this time, there was nog kernel panic log. There was only a "installd_2014-10-21-084148_Mac-Pro-van-Mathias.cpu_resource" log file.

Anyone who has a clue about what's going wrong?
Any other Mac Pro/Yosemite users having the same problem?

First kernel panic: http://pastebin.com/wnx3bz1A
Second panic (which doesn't seem kernel panic to me): http://pastebin.com/44GYyh99
EtreCheck: http://pastebin.com/19E63eVg

just restart and press cmd and r and reinstall without formatting it...and it will be fine...well..at least for me...i had sudden reboot.

Kernel Panic is USB related. Installdeamon log points at (too?) high CPU usage, can't say much more unfortunately.
