Hi all,

Everytime I reboot my mac pro (high sierra) it doesn't connect to my magic keyboard/mouse until after entering the OS so I have to plug a wired keyboard in to type the password.

It's a clean install

Can this be sorted?

Cheers!

I've had weird connection issues once in awhile with my BT keyboard/mouse at the login screen (nothing works). I notice what causes this to happen is when plugging/unplugging certain USB things like my iPhone or iPad while in the OS. I can't get it to reproduce consistently and it doesn't happen very often.

What you should do is shut down the computer. Disconnect the power cord for 5-10 seconds, then reboot. This will fix this issue every time.

That’s with the factory BT card?

Yes it is

Ok thanks I will try this, it's strange it happens every time I reboot the machine, it's fine once you get past the login/password screen, mighty annoying!!
