Hey guys im new to this forum, please guide me if there are posts with the same problem.

My mac pro wont start few days ago, ive read some posts here and follow the service manual diagnostic with no luck.

My case:

5v stby On when i press the DIAG LED

Pressing ON button and
Jumper the SYS PWR
Resulting in clicking on the PSU but no booting. Fans also off.

Please help, thanks

Pull everything (Hard Drives, PCI Boards, Ram Sticks, etc etc) and try to power on again.

If it powers (and led blinks for non Ram) you either got a bad Power Supply or a bad component.

Can troubleshoot way back, then.

Yeah.. I did that, all stripped to minimal..
Pull out all ram, with no led turned on.

Result the same.. I hear clicking on the psu but its not booting/on

Is my backplane bricked?

You will need another Mac Pro for cross changing parts.

my bet goes to PSU if it just clicks. But thats just a guess.

Thats just standby circuit
Something must listen for power on signal, so if it aint click there cant be a standby voltage.

dont count on me too much, but the first thing I would cross change would be the psu.
