So I have two 10 TB hard drives that if I reboot the machine, they will not come back . The system doesn't see them. However if I shut down the mac, wait 5 seconds and then start it, they are there and they stay there until next reboot. Is this an indication I am over taxing my power supply? I just updated to firmware 141.0.0.0 hoping that will fix the issue.

They show fine on COLD boot (system shut down completely, wait 1-2+ minutes before power on) but do not show on a WARM RESTART (restart through macOS, wake from sleep, or quick power back on from shut down)? If so, that is pretty "normal" and common with the latest generation HDDs.

There's a whole thread about it on this forum.

Thanks much! I was concerned I am over taxing my PSU.
