The RAM looks good to me. Should able to work at 1333 CL9. And non ECC is not a problem for general task. However, without ECC, it may be harder to diagnosis if there is something wrong in your computer.

Thanks for your advice. I just bought 3 of them. tesed, works amazing...they also have one more, what you think is it worth to buy that one too and use 4 slot? or it will decreese the speed? Because the X58 using triple channel....
 
The speed will decrease, but unless your workflow can actually saturate the memory bandwidth or running benchmarks, the speed difference should be virtually zero.

At the end, it should be decided if you really able to use all the memory. if yes, forget about the speed difference, because once you run out of RAM, the performance penalty is huge. And if you don't need that much, why not stay at the 3 sticks optimum config?
 
I'm using After Effects, Premiere Pro, mostly 4K content, and 1080p motion graphics.
