Hi all

So I changed my Mac Pro 5.1 (6 core) video card to a MSI RX560/4GB. All boots OK into 10.13. All seems OK apart from Safari. It loads, but soon the spinning wheel of death arrives. Reboots don't help.

Perhaps crazily, I upgraded to Mojave (firmware was updated). Again, all seems fine apart from Safari.

Chrome appears fine.

Any ideas anyone?

Regards

Did you tested with a clean install into another drive?

No. Firstly I just added the card to the Mac. That's when the problem started.

Thanks for the reply!

Install an empty drive into your Mac Pro, then do a clean install without iCloud, iCloud syncs Safari prefs and a lot of other things. Test if the problem goes away.

Result! I flushed the Safairi cache and it seems OK—touch wood.

Thanks again.
