MP 1,1-5,1 Mac Pro 5,1 Running Catalina – Won't Update to 10.15.3

Tried to update my 5,1 running Catalina 10.15 to 10.15.3. Nothing appeared under Software Update, so I tried using the Combo update d/led from Apple. When I double-click on the install .pkg, I get this:

I've done the boot ROM update / Catalina Patcher... do I need to do further patching before I can update? I've tried googling, but to no avail...

I suggest you go the OpenCore route (if you want to update your OS like native)
