Problem seems to be less when in the Aircon of my workshops so something is overhearing below is the log

Did you monitor the temperature? In general, you should hear some crazy fan noise before the Mac Pro overheat.
 
It does not seem to be especially hot but shutting down when not run in aircon, after discussing with an apple tech they agreed that I should reapply thermal paste to quad core before looking at new power supply or GPU. Have tested drives, RAM and Radeon card and reset vram etc. Was hoping that someone could help me decipher the log I posted to see if it points to anything specific
 
Install iStat (Free), and monitor the temperature. Then stress your Mac, monitor the temperature again.
(It's better to post some screenshots here, otherwise, not much we can help.)
