I have a 6 core 2013 Mac Pro that had a stock 512 ssd. I recently picked up the OWC Aura X 2tb drive for the speed and storage increase. Only problem is not long after installing I noticed some lag and issues. Most notably in the graphics and audio. I started to try and figure out the problems and ended up running black magic speed tests and the write speeds would fluctuate and drop down to about 60mb/s write and read would be about 200mb/s. I let the test run for a while and it started to stay down at those levels instead of going back up.
Has anyone else had any problems like this with these drives? I am on my third drive from them and all have acted the same way. They have since tested the first one I sent back and they said it works fine in their Mac pro. I place my stock SSD and everything works fine.
