MP 6,1 Mac Pro 6,1 Problems - Restarts & Doesn't Recognize Memory Modules

Hey all,

Quick question here. I have a factory OEM 8 Core 3.0Ghz Mac Pro 6,1 with a few issues. Since I received the unit it has had an issue where various memory modules would not be recognized, leading to resets and kernal panics. I've already tried a few new sets of ram so I'm thinking that there is some other issue with the unit. Sometimes all of the memory slots will work okay, and then the errors will effect different slots at random. Usually a restart will get everything working again but eventually there will be at least one slot that goes bad (within a few hours to a day), leading to an eventual crash and restart.

Today the unit restarted and gave me the following error log (below). Any ideas on what it could be? It looks like there may be an issue with the processor?

I got the same machine, 8 Core 3.0Ghz Mac Pro 6,1. I also get the same error.. unfortunately i have not found a way to solve this issue. I even replaced ram cards 32gb to 64gb still crashes on me. I just did a cmos battery replacement and still nothing. Are you going through any audio issues? like audio disconnecting cracks and pops?

I recall reading somewhere it was caused by a problem with the CPU ???? it was on the ifixit Mac Pro comments section
