Mac Pro and ATI 4870 No output through mini DP connector for 2nd Display

Hi - Got a Mac Pro (1st Gen) running 10.6.5 and a DELL monitor (22inch) connected to the DVI port and a HP ZR24W connected to the mini DP of the card.

There Mac Pro does not see the 2nd HP display and here is no output.

Tried restarting etc.... The mini DP > DVI adaptor works fine on my MBP to the HP monitor..

Any ideas?

Working - tip for anyone else:

Hi - spent a while and changed the menu on the HP to default source = DVI as it appears it was not auto detecting the input from the mac.

Hope that helps anyone else with a similar issue. ;-)
