Damn, this is not good for my resolve to wait until January.

Congratulations, looks sharp!

MY GOD, if that's a 23" I can't imagine how teeny my 20" NEC is gonna look next to my Mac Pro when it ships.

Yeah, I had read the dimensions and everything, but I didn't realize the gargantuan scale of the Mac Pro until I had it set-up. It screams, and it functions perfectly. Haven't got around to installing Windows yet, will post when I have.

Sweet mother of God....I want one!!! Kinda makes me question why I'm spending so many thousands on education when I could just be buying dozens of Mac Pros with Cinema Displays  :p

Wow, that just made the wait for mine seem twice as long!

That's the exact setup i'm getting. Mac Pro + 23" ACD. I'm glad to see that the 23" doesn't look too small next to the tower.

The speakers are JBL Creature II speakers. Its a very nice 2.1 setup that provides excellent sound for music, movies, and games. Pumping bass, good treble, and full-figured midrange. I watched Star Wars on this rig and it sounded very nice, played some Zeppelin on them, and it all sounds excellent. They're also very compact, excellent for limited desk space. They're a fantastic deal at amazon, about $70.

Using a stopwatch, I timed it booting three times, and the average was 28.56 seconds.
