Mac Pro as a hub??? Help needed.

so, I just recently picked up a laptop that does not have wireless, and I dont feel like running a cat5 cable just for it, especialy since my Mac Pro is using the wireless. Is there a way that my Mac Pro can act like a hub and the laptop can plug into it with cat5? Any help is apreciated.

System prefs -> Sharing -> internet

Then set where you want to share internet from and to.

That easy huh? And I will be able to surf the net on my laptop through Cat5, through the Mac Pro's wireless connection?

Yes its just that easy. Just make sure the Mac Pro does not go to sleep.
