My Mac pro is running, at 1920x1080, but for some odd reason. Its cutting the bottom and top of my screen.

Like I said, its cutting the top part of my screen and button. I cannot see the top apple bar, nor see the dock. I can see a small piece of the dock.

Um, ok. You need to provide info for us to help you. :)

What monitor do you have? The native resolution of a 23" ACD (or probably any other 23-24" monitor) is 1920x1200. Do you have your MP connected to a 1080p capable HDTV or something, with display mirroring turned on? Normally, 1920x1080 isn't a selectable resolution, but I've seen mirroring force screens into odd resolutions to fit to the lowest resolution of the two.

Yeah, the native resolution of the Dell display is 1920 x 1200, not 1080 like a TV. It's a 16:10 screen, not 16:9.
