Mac Pro died

my Mac Pro tower died, hard drives are good,purchased an older version iMac is there anyway to transfer my files off my hdd on the dead MacPro?
 
As long as the drive is still good. You can use an SATA adapter. Then connect it and run Migration Assistant or migrate at first boot when asked

As you said drives. You can also use a hard drive enclosure or multi-drive enclosure. If you want to continue to make use of them.
