Hi

I have a mac pro 2009 4.1-5.1 8 cores, I try to boot and it turns off instantly, at the same time red lights turn on on the cpu board and the fans speed up.Does anyone know what is going on?

thanks

I hit the interior with compressed air, after 2 hours, it starts already but the front fan sounds intermittently accelerated

my spring is fine, right now my computer is working fine, disassemble and clean everything, surely the error was dust combined with humidity

Keep an eye on the Northbridge temperature. I have it as a menu Item thru a monitoring tool.

They tend to break, max temperature for the nb is about 90 Celsius.

how can i monitor the northbridge temperature?
install MacsFanControl , iStats menus or similar.

More accurate than a visual check is installing one of these apps and check NB diode and NB heatsink.
Delta NB diode-heatsink should not be more than ~12 Celsius.

Since I have solved the problem of the fans and startup, sometimes when I started the computer, it does not recognize the internal hard drives (the boot disk if of course) and the network portal does not work, I have to restart and everything returns to normal. why will it be?

What drives are installed (brand and type)?
If you could post the installed hardware and the OS version you're running, the reader gets an overview.
