What are your requirements? Which Mac Pro generation? Are you prepared to flash a PC card or do you need Apple? How many monitors? Can you fit a secondary power supply?

The GTX570-670 are pretty good candidates. You won't have a boot screen but work great once booted into OSX/Windows.
