OS X Server is now just a $20 add-on you can buy in the App Store and install in a few seconds, rather than a standalone product, so there's not much point in Apple having a hardware SKU with it pre-installed anymore.

I guess installing OS X Server ($20 from App Store) would be all it would take to make it a 'server'.
