I recently purchased a Crossover 434K 43" 4K display for my 2013 Mac Pro. There seems to be some sort of display memory addressing problem. The entire desktop image is shifted about 3" to the right on the display and Red appears as Blue while Blue appears as Red. Green is OK. A Seiki 40" 4K display connected to the same Mac Pro works correctly.

Two images are attached. The first is a screen capture using Grab. It shows the correct colors. The second is a photo of the screen showing the offset position of the desktop and the altered colors.

Has anyone seen this kind of problem? Is there a fix?

Some monitors have built in settings for colors. Make sure you've set to RGB and not any other setting. I assume you use the same cable on both monitors while connected, if not, might be a cable problem.

I don't think there is a color setting. Yes, I use the same cable. I've also tried other cables and connections including both HDMI and DP. I suspect I may have a defective unit, but I'm not sure.

Try non 4K setting, it's the unit is defective, the non 4K setting may also be affected.
