I want to upgrade my 1,1 that i updated to firmware 2,1 Mac Pro's memory to 32GB FBDIMM ECC what would you recommend ? and with this upgrade do i need to upgrade my cpu's heatsinks ?

There are multiple sources on EBAY with free shipping and a 30-day warranty for ~$40(US) upward. You will not need to upgrade the CPU heatsinks.
