Mac Pro + X1900XT + 23" ACD + Bootcamp

Ok. I don't have a spare monitor laying around. Any other ways to install Windows with the 23" ACD....

I upgraded to the X1900XT so I could play games in Windows.. I've had the machine for 3 weeks and I'm starting to get pissy about not being able to actually USE the X1900XT like I had planned...

Please don't tell me I have to yell at Apple again to get this stupid problem fixed.

There's no known way to get Windows installed with the 23" ACD/X1900 XT without using a second monitor, I'm afraid. I'm not sure if it's something Apple can fix, since it's a problem with the Windows installer.

I don't think it is a problem with the installer. But sure, I'll re-run bootcamp to see if Vista will install. Not that that will make a difference since XP drivers won't work with Vista.

Apparently Apple did fix it with the latest firmware update....
