Hi,

I have had this issue for 30 hours and I still cannot upload. Here are the people I have talked to:

1. Jennifer - opened issue 93277185.
2. Jack - employee 60422 could not help me.
3. Jef - employee 83158 could not help me.
4. Chris - employee 5493 transferred me to chat. On chat Ryan could not help me.
5. Dorothy - refused to give me employee number.
6. Lin - employee 85089. Transferred me to a specialist.
7. Lou - employee 61115. 93308908 escalation case number. Lou seems to be very helpful.

The issue is still not resolved. Any suggestions?

Are doing this via your web browser? Because whenever I do stuff online I get that message once or twice.

.mac server busy

Hi All,

This will probably sound like a commercial but this is what happened. I started a hosting account at goDaddy and have not had any problems. Here's my website: http://www.digital-nites.com.

I had no issues ftping the files there, my guess is that this is a .mac issue. Having to wait 48 hours for an email response really did not serve my purposes. Neither did having .mac technical support people available to you by phone. I lost the hit counter but slideshow still works.

I like apple, but if they do not improve their support system for .mac and web-hosting many people are going to leave.

Thank you for the suggestions,

-Joe
