Mac Studio HD icons always moved on desktop when restarted

Its stated above, I use a large monitor for my Mac Studio, only one, when I restart, or the monitor is shut off, only my HD icons are relocated sporatically all over the desktop. Anyway to have them stay in place?

Finder > View > Sort by > Snap to Grid

I have this problem when waking from sleep ...

How does "Snap to Grid" moved the icons back to where they had been originally placed, rather than the closest grid intersection where the ended up after restart?
