I was worried a bit about air flow indeed. Outlet should not be an issue; but inlet (bottom) could be..The mounting assembly shown in reply 2 above looks like it has "solid sides" that will inhibit the necessary airflow in/out of the Studio enclosure.
Also, when you put the Studio "under the table" like that, how are you gonna get at all the ports on the back... and on the front...?

In my case I would leave stuff plugged in and rarely ever have to access the back. I also don't use USB-keys or SD cards so I'm going to mount my Studio under and to the back of my (open) desk. It will always stay on and just sleep. Basically it would be out of sight completely. Also, when you put the Studio "under the table" like that, how are you gonna get at all the ports on the back... and on the front...?
I made one for 3D printing, just make sure you use PLA or PETG, or any material that is tough and strong.3D printing a custom under desk mount might be a fun project.
Aww crap. This is the only time I'm sad that I have a Prusa MINI with the associated 18x18 bed.Have fun
My machine is always on - it just goes in 'sleep' modus during night... And every morning I wake it through one keyboardstroke... So, no pain at allNice. I wonder if this will mean that less dust would be pulled into the machine as it’s not really sitting on a surface
Is it a pain to turn it on each morning?
Yes, indeed. Did Just put it on the backside as it is always connected. Thank you!Not worried about the red usb protrusion ruining the port if you accidentally bump into it?
I just ordered one as well. I very much like the idea of having the studio under the desk.I did it... I bought a Mac Studio under the desk mount in ETSY
I did forget to post about another positive effect of having the MacStudio under the desk... I don't need to reduce the fan speed with 'Macs Fan Control' any more. I am at the default speed (1300 rpm) and I don't hear the fans of the MacStudio at all...I did it... I bought a Mac Studio under the desk mount in ETSY:

Noise was my number 1 concern with upgrading to the Studio. I hoped mounting it under desk would make it quieter. I got this and had to re-drill the holes in my desk a second time. The material flexes quite a bit and if you hold the mount up to your desk without the Studio in the mount the holes are in the incorrect position. I wish they would have included a paper template showing where to drill the screw holes, or said you need to insert the Studio into the mount to correctly determine the screw position.I was able to find a wall mount for the Mac Studio that works perfectly: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1234515655/apple-mac-studio-wall-and-vesa-mount
This replaced my Innovelis TotalMount for Mac Mini. The lips where the top of the Mac Studio goes were a little rough. I sanded them a tiny bit with 180 grain sandpaper. I was afraid it would scratch the top of the Mac Studio despite the fact that I never plan to remove it until I get rid of it.
This mounted in the footwell of my desk facing the front of the desk (facing me). The SD card and front USB-C ports are facing downward now. Not the easiest to get to, but I use an SD card adapter in my keyboard drawer anyhow. I wasn't planning to use the front ports at all.
Now the whir of the fans is away from me and inaudible now.
