Mac the ripper to Atv?

How can I get the full DVD files I ripped from Mac the Ripper on my Apple TV.
I tried the latest Atvflash (paid $50 for it) and can't get it to work. I get the files to Atv but can not access the original dvd menu. So I trashed the Atv flash and re-set my Apple tv. Is there some other way?

I'm also considering the WD media player- if that can do it.

The standard way for non-hacked ATVs is to rip and then use HandBrake to convert to h.264. These files take up much less space for essentially DVD-quality. The downside is that you'd have to convert any extras as separate files.
