I have an old iMac G3/400 DV with 1 GB of ram and 80GB HD (7200rpm). I used the machine primarily as a partime poker playing/internet surfing/guest computer. I am thinking about replacing it with a iMac G4
With the introduction of the intel macs, I was thinking the used PPC macs would be dropping in prices. Then I realized two things, one I dont have that much money being a college student and two even if I do I will need to somehow put the good ol' iMac to a good home if I do plan on replacing it.
Now I am thinking that in order to satisfy my needs and save my wallet. I will do what most people do with their cars and video games and that is to do a trade in. So the questions are: Is there any program that anyone tried out and would recommend?
