I use a wacom tablet on my Mac and an Apple Pencil with iPad Pro

I'm looking for an app that can take handwriting notes and convert them to text on Mac with Wacom pen and on iOS with Apple pencil

the have to sync notes between mac and iPad, no subscription apps
