Can anyone help me to modify the MacBook2,1 dump?
I want to replace 32-bit EFI with 64-bit EFI so that I can use all 4gb of ram.
Using osx-patcher-1.1.5 I installed El Capitan 10.11.6, but it uses 3gb of ram.
Using this guide I installed Windows 7 64-bit, but again it uses 3gb of ram.
I have a SPI programmer, no problem to desolder and solder the chip.

Hardware Overview:

Model Name: MacBook
Model Identifier: MacBook2,1
Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo T7400
Processor Speed: 2.16 GHz
Number of Processors: 1
Total Number of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 4 GB
Bus Speed: 667 MHz
Boot ROM Version: MB21.00A5.B07 (EFI 1.1)
SMC Version (system): 1.17f0
Graphics: Intel GMA 950 graphics.

It would be nearly impossible to replace a 2,1's EFI32 with a newer EFI64. Not only has it never been done before, however it won't be as simple (if it were actually possible) because you'd have to find a machine that would be compatible, as no Mac from 2006 shipped with EFI64. You would end up with a bricked Mac, unless you were to modify the EFI32 with components from a newer 64-bit system.

These machines have been out for 15 years and since have had (and still have) active communities working with extremely talented people to keep them alive and up-to-date for as long as possible. If there was a way to get an EFI32 Mac to run with a full 64-bit EFI without swapping in a newer logic board (eg: MacBook3,1 board), I'm confident it would of been found by now.
