Macbook 2011 reinstalling OS X Lion

I tried to reset my macbook. But when I try to reinstall it. I encountered an error in the apple id section. I sent this laptop to a service provider years ago so they’re the ones who installed the os. So I’m not really sure what did they do. I tried to do the bootable usb but it does not show in the start up manager. Can someone help me?
