My CPU is at 83 ... I've never seen it break 65 before ... I'm not doing anything intense. My fans are going at 6200 RPM non-stop. What's causing this!?
 
Open Activity Monitor or look at iStat Pro? Something is doing something, did you leave something open in one of your spaces and forgot about it?

If all else fails, a restart can't hurt :)

It was Mail! It was using 105% of my CPU (how?)

In less than a minute I've dropped from 83C to 64C. Wow.

Any explanation for this?

Numerous things can cause mail to act in such manner. If you have an outbox that isn't sending (your smtp settings are wrong, which I doubt), you have mail set to check for mail every minute, or it was just attempting to compute something very large. Anyway, glad to know you figured out your problem.
