I know that macbooks do get hot when running, and in since i got mine in february the highest i have seen the cpu temperature go is about 65'c...which i still thought was a little warm.
but today when only 3 programs (itunes, mercury messenger and roller coaster tycoon 3) the temperature reached 86'c.
so i was wondering if temperatures as high as 86 can damage it internally, and if i should just ignore it and carry on use or talk to apple about it? and im also curious as to how many other people have seen the temperatures get this high and if anyone has seen higher?
btw, my macbook is the 2ghz, 1gbram, superdrive version if it makes any difference of not!
here is a link to a screenshot of when i saw it.
