It's fine for light use (my girlfriend is using it right now to update her newsletters), but theres just too much interface in the way for it to be usable if you are a serious web-dev.

Dreamweaver is quite a bloated app interface wise, so the small screen probably won't help much. But you can hide very much any part of the interface to gain more room.
