Friends good day.

I have a MacBook Air 13 inch manufactured in 2014. A strange thing happens with the keyboard and trackpad, these do not work after the login screen.

Until then I thought it was the operating system that was not updated and could be a problem, then upgraded to the El Capitan and yet the problem continued.

Soon after I decided to take all steps the steps of the apple as SMC and NVRAM resets and still did not succeed, but until then the keyboard and trackpad worked on the login screen. Ai decided to format the machine and reinstall Yosemite and do all updates, thinking it would get better, nothing came of it and to make matters worse or the login screen keyboard and trackpad work.

Does anyone know what I do? Is there a driver for the keyboard and Trackpad that is installed outside the operating system in EPROM (not sure if this is the right name), you will have a firmware update?
