the trackpad of my Macbook Air (2014 - A1466) only works for a few seconds after starting and then fails.
I also checked the battery and everything looked fine. Pram, Nvram and SMC RESET is also already done. So I decided to replace the trackpad.
Is it possible to install a trackpad from the A1369 model into the Macbook, or are they different connectors?

The display connector is different, and the SSD is different, so I'm willing to bet there may be a difference in the trackpad connector as well in pre 2013 models. Good thing is, I think you can go with a trackpad from any model 2013-2017 and it should fit just fine. Again, not 100% sure about the trackpad specifically but it does apply to other parts of the Macbook Air.
