I bought a new MacBook Air (2019) one month ago. It makes a click noise often when I open the screen and when I move the laptop and it comes from the right hinge. So I took it to a AASP and they said me that is very normal because it is very slim and all the MacBooks make this noise. Is that true. Thanks!

Not at all. My 2019 mba is dead silent when actuating the lid. Try to get it repaired or demand a refund. I had my old 2018 mbp 15” refunded after a full month before.

Yes I'm thinking to take it again to the AASP and demand to service it because this noise so annoying and I don't tolerate it. I have observed that this noise is more intense when the laptop is switch on (maybe is something about heat)
