macbook air battery

my new bto mba just arrived... I was wondering if I need to do something special for the battery...

like emptying it and recharging to full etc....

I am doing this right now.... fully charged... rested for 3 hours.. not took off the mag safe..

battery is % 99 full and it says 3:20 remaining.. it looks too low compared to the 7 hour battery life..

currently I have couple of safari open and video chatting a friend....

turned off the video chat ..now it shows 7 hours...
