Unfortunately, the bezel and LCD assembly are only available as one piece through all Apple channels (resellers, apple service providers)

Ebay may be your best bet for individual pieces.

Garegin: Sorry for attempting to hijack your topic, but could you tell me where you found instructions for replacing the display on a MacBook Air? Thanks!

options for DIY bezel replacement?

I'm in a similar situation. I dropped my MBA and dented the aluminum display bezel. The LCD is fine. The damage is pretty much just cosmetic. I wouldn't mind replacing the bezel myself--but I can't find one for sale. Any ideas?

HEy guy. tryed to do the same repair myself on the bosses laptop. got the bezel off but severly warped... cracked the lcd putting on the old bezel.. my manager ordered a new bezel on ebay in great shape but then decided to bye the whole LCD assembly so as to avoid buying a new LCD and rrisk cracking that one. Now stuck with a Bezel still in its package from Ebay for 100 dollars and change. I dont have an ebay account but if you live near my area perhaps we can arrange a sale.. I will let it go for 75 dollars..
I live in NY LongIsland. you can email me at tedgalas@yahoo.com. IF not looks like theres a few others that need it..
Let me know.
