well guys

My parents are going to new york today on holidays. i have a macbook air 1.0 hdd but i'm thinking of upgrading to the new 120 gb model. Are these in stores yet guys cause i really don't want to fork out 700 dollars for the ssd model.

What does his parents going out of town for the holidays have to do with him buying a Macbook Air? What was the point of telling us that? :confused:

Because he is probably not from the US, his parents will be in the US and he'd like to have them buy it for him or he'll be going with him and buying it. It makes sense to me.

maybe he's an anticipating a "Home Alone" type scenario and is wondering if the MBA will help him outwit Joe Pesci?

Sorry guys. Probably didn't explain myself too well. Yeah i'm from ireland. Macbook air is cheaper in the us. Looks like it'll have to be a new macbook as i just can't afford the ssd model. Thanks for the help.
