I recently replaced the logic board of my mid-2013 MacBook Air 11-inch ( A1465) due to water damage. I purchased a genuine, tested logic board with a 2.2GHz i7 processor and 8GB of RAM from the website www.appleparts.io.

However, I am now facing an issue where my MacBook is unable to detect the SSD. I have attempted to address this problem by utilizing a bootable USB Mojave installer and an original Yosemite DVD installer. Additionally, I have checked the terminal using the "diskutil list" command, but unfortunately, the SSD does not appear.

Any ideas what to do next?

I'm not convinced that that article is relevant here: even if formatted APFS, the SSD itself should show up as unreadable when booted from the USB install drive. If it's not showing up at all then there's likely something more serious going on.

Did that replacement logic board come with an SSD already in place?
Then, did you replace that with your own SSD - maybe a third-party NVME drive?
Or, is the SSD that you are using, in fact, an OEM (Apple original) SSD?
(I think Bigwaff may have that same idea. If the firmware has never been upgraded, the logic board can not recognize a third-party NVME.
If you did replace the original SSD with your own -- try putting that original SSD back in place, then install MacOS , High Sierra or newer. I would go to the newest supported system, which for your 2013 MBAir, will be Big Sur. Installing that system will update your MacBook Air's firmware to the latest available. When the install is complete, swap the drives, so that you then have your own drive in place. The firmware should allow the drive to be visible, and you can then continue on with what you want to do, with the drive that you want to use.
