Hello all, im sorry to ask this, but im really curious..
Does apple launch their products world wide at the same time?
For example the macbook air..if its launched in USA on Wed, 830am as speculated, will it launch worldwide at the same time based on the timezone?

Like in asia..Singapore, Malaysia etc..

Or it'll take a few days for the shipment to arrive here in asia before its launched?

The websites will be updated at the same time but sometimes it may take a few days more for other countries to get them (i.e. US gets "ships in 24 hours" while for the rest it's "ships in x-x days")

Even in the US the supply isn't going to be enough for the demand due to the rumors. Expect to see at least some delay on the shipment of the stock anywhere else.

I'd say it's a good thing, wait for reviews and bug reports. It's always not too late to buy the product once the major bugs being ironed out.

What makes you say that? If I ordered an ultimate even 1-2 hours after they are put up, I think I'd be okay. I think it's the iPhone and iPad they can't keep up with, I highly doubt there would be a problem getting an Air.

I agree with that. A computer starting at $1000 isn't the same as a tablet starting at $500 or a phone with a contract at $200.

I could be wrong, but since the current rumors are being hyped up and they keep popping up in many major websites. I believe many people are going to snatch them on day one.

Maybe CTO have much less demands I'm supposed.

EDIT: By the way, I browsed through a Malaysian forum and it seems the new 2011 MBP supply during the launching month was delayed like a week for online orders. I think it should be fine for US markets but I think delays are expected everywhere else.

Tbh there are a few countries which get everything first few days normally. US,UK,Germany and a couple others.
