I have MacBook Air M1 2020. I connect Fusion Alpha USB-C 5-in-1 hub in one Thunderbolt port and power to another port. When restart or shutdown and start, after starting it hangs. When I remove hub, it shows login page. What can be the problem and how to solve it. Or is it necessary to remove hub always before starting?

It does this with nothing connected to the hub?
Thanks for your response. My dell monitor connected to MBA via the hub HDMI port. Further my analysis has lead to more doubts. When login screen disappears, I just switched on the dell monitor connected to MBA via the hub HDMI Monitor switches on with out any problems. Surprise is as per System preferences, Mac screen is primary and dell monitor is extended. Now I want to know why login screen should switch to dell monitor when it is only extended? If it is any thing else I can drag it to main display. How to do it for login screen?

change your hub
Thanks for response. Not necessary. Finally it is problem in os. I switched main display twice first to monitor and then back to Mac screen. Now login screen comes to Mac screen.
