MacBook Air M1 and AirPods Pro 2 uses

I have MacBook Air with M1 running on Ventura 13.4. I also have Apple AirPods Pro 2. I have read AirPods Pro can be used as hearing aid. But descriptions do not match in my MBA. Any help please?
Further I want to know whether both AirPods and speaker in MBA can work at same time so that I can hear from AirPods and others from MBA speaker?

1) I suspect you are talking about "Live Listen" which is only available on iPhones, iPads and iPods.
