When watching fullscreen videos I see the lighter zone at the top especially on dark scenes. So I consider this as nornal useStop looking for problems. That's not representative of how you would be using the machine. If you see the light bleeding at the top during normal use, that's different.
If that's the case, then I do too. When watching fullscreen videos I see the lighter zone at the top especially on dark scenes. So I consider this as nornal use
blew my mind, that this website existed just for this purpose. tested my own m1 mba, no bleeds. manufactured march 2021, bought a week ago.I'm testing with this site https://www.lightbleedtest.com/ at 100% brightness but the white spot is visible even at 25% brightness when watching moving
did you still have this piece?Hi,
Just received my Macbook Air m1 and noticed some backlight bleeding (escpecially the big one at the top) when watching movies.
Do some of you have the same issue ? Should I return it ?
Thanks
I don't even see an issue. How often do you crank the brightness and look at a blank screen? Here is mine one with a 3 sec exposure and one without. Taken from iPhone 11
Are these acceptable?
