I'm having constant BT disconnects randomly on all my external bluetooth devices, like mouse, game controllers or keyboard.
I tried everything, including re-paring, restarts etc.. but they keep coming back...

I have the latest macOS version..

Does anyone have this issues ? Is this SW or HW related?

Is it still under warranty? If not and you have tried everything else, then it may be time to consider doing a clean install of macOS as a last ditch effort unless someone else here has another idea.

As someone who has experience in industry within the domain of tech support, wiping a system and doing a fresh OS install on it (and testing the hardware without first reinstalling a bunch of unrelated stuff) is generally the determiner of HW/SW issues. That is, if you nuke-n-pave and the problem persists, it's hardware; and if not, then it was software. It's not very granular (i.e. what specifically caused the problem) but it does quickly cut down the range of possibilities.
