Today I recieved my Mac after the logic board replacement by Apple Service Provider. And now I can see 5 black spots on my display and they are not vanishing even after cleaning the screen. As these seem to be dead pixels, So can I claim a free display replacement as the device is under 1 year warranty.

Yes. Had the same on my MBA M1, seems common on them these days at about the 1yr mark. Got it back and the hinges were not smooth at all so be prepared for potentially more issues.
